The terms that apply to our website and our drone services.

By using photonexo.com or booking a PhotoNexo service you agree to these terms. Your written quote or invoice may include additional terms for your project; if they differ, the quote prevails.
1. Services
PhotoNexo provides aerial photography, videography, FPV fly-through video, construction progress documentation, visual property reports, event coverage and related editing. The scope, deliverables, date and price of each job are confirmed in writing before the shoot.
2. Quotes and prices
Prices published on this website are in US dollars and may change without notice. The price on your written quote is held for 30 days. Florida sales tax is added where required. Travel outside Palm Beach County and special airspace waivers are charged as listed or quoted.
3. Payment
Payment terms (deposit, due date and accepted methods) are stated on your quote or invoice. Final files may be delivered after full payment. Late invoices may incur a fee as stated on the invoice.
4. Client responsibilities
- You confirm that you own the property or have the owner's permission for us to fly over it and, for FPV interior flights, inside it.
- You provide access, prepare the property, and keep people and pets out of the flight path when requested.
- You inform us of any known hazards, events or restrictions at the location.
5. Flight decisions
The remote pilot in command has final authority over every flight. We may delay, modify or cancel a flight for weather, wind, airspace restrictions, safety concerns or legal reasons. See our Flight Safety Policy and Booking & Cancellation Policy.
6. Deliverables and usage license
PhotoNexo retains the copyright to all photos and videos. After payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the deliverables to market the property, project or business described in the quote, including MLS, websites, social media, print and advertising. Reselling the files, or licensing them to third parties (for example, other agents, builders or publications) requires our written permission. Commercial and brand projects include the usage rights stated in the quote.
7. Portfolio use
We may show work in our portfolio and marketing. Tell us in writing if your project must stay private and we will not publish it. We never publish street addresses or images of people without permission.
8. Visual reports
Roof and property reports are visual documentation only. They are not engineering, thermal, structural or code inspections and must not be relied on as such.
9. Limitation of liability
We carry drone liability insurance. To the extent permitted by law, PhotoNexo's total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount paid for that service, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost sales or delays. If a shoot fails due to our error, we will re-shoot at no charge or refund the amount paid for the affected deliverables.
10. Website
Website content is provided for general information. You may not copy, scrape or reuse our images, videos or text without permission.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.
