This policy explains what information PhotoNexo ("we", "us") collects through photonexo.com and during our drone services, and how we use it.
1. Information we collect
- Information you send us: name, company, email, phone, service, preferred date, location and message when you use our quote form, email or call us.
- Technical data: our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) for security and troubleshooting.
- Images captured during services: photos and video of the property or event you hire us to capture.
2. How we use it
- To reply to your request, prepare quotes, schedule and deliver services.
- To request airspace authorizations and comply with FAA rules (this may require the flight location).
- To send invoices and keep business and tax records.
- To protect our website from spam and abuse (for example, a temporary, hashed record of form submissions).
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising profiling.
3. Third parties
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business — our web host, email provider, file-delivery service and payment processor — and only as needed. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver the font files (see Google's privacy policy). We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
4. Privacy during flights
We plan flights to capture the client's property or event and avoid recording neighbors, people and private areas beyond what the job requires. If you believe an image we published shows you or your property and you want it removed, contact us and we will review it promptly.
5. Retention
Quote requests are kept for up to 24 months. Project files and records are kept as long as needed to deliver the service and meet legal and tax obligations.
6. Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or opt out of any non-essential emails, by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Children
Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
8. Security
We use HTTPS, spam protection and limited access to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect it.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
