Yes. Every flight is flown by an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot, and we carry drone liability insurance. Certificates of insurance are available for your project or venue on request.

Real estate photos and videos are delivered in 24–48 hours. Rush 24-hour delivery is available for +$95. Events and brand films take 3–5 business days.

A single, continuous video flown by hand with a small guarded drone that moves through the property — from outside, through the door and room by room. It feels like walking through the space and is one of the most engaging formats for listings and businesses.

Much of South Florida is controlled airspace (PBI, FLL, MIA and smaller airports). We request FAA authorization (LAANC) before every flight where it is needed, and it is included in the price. Sites that need special waivers are quoted separately.

Safety first: if weather, wind or airspace restrictions make the flight unsafe, we reschedule at no charge. Florida afternoons can be stormy, so we usually book mornings.

Not for exteriors — we only need the address and access details. For FPV interior flights, someone must give us access, and the property should be clean, staged and free of pets and people during the flight.

Yes. Every package includes professional editing: HDR, color correction, sky and exposure balance, stabilization and licensed music for videos.

Yes. You receive a license to use the files to market the property or your business. We keep the copyright and may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

We focus on photo, video and visual reports. We do not provide thermal imaging, survey-grade mapping, LiDAR or engineering inspections; we are happy to refer you to specialists.

Palm Beach County is included. Broward and Martin counties add $75, and Miami-Dade adds $125. Locations outside these areas are quoted.
