Booking & Cancellation Policy

How scheduling, weather days, rescheduling and cancellations work.

Last updated: November 3, 2026

Booking

Your date is reserved once you accept the written quote (and pay any deposit stated on it). We confirm the flight plan and airspace authorization before the shoot.

Weather and airspace

Safety comes first. If rain, wind, low visibility or an airspace restriction (such as a temporary flight restriction) makes a flight unsafe or not allowed, we reschedule at no charge to the next available date. Weather calls are made by the pilot, usually the morning of the shoot.

Rescheduling by the client

You can reschedule free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice.

Late cancellations and no-access

If a shoot is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or we arrive and cannot access or fly the property for reasons outside our control (for example, the property is not ready or access is not available), a trip fee may apply as stated on your quote.

Events

Event dates are reserved exclusively for you. Event cancellation terms, including any non-refundable deposit, are stated on your quote.

Re-shoots

If a deliverable does not meet the agreed scope due to our error, we will re-shoot at no charge. Re-shoots requested for other reasons (staging changes, different weather, new angles) are billed at the package rate.

Delivery

Real estate deliverables: 24–48 hours after the shoot. Rush: 24 hours (+$95). Events and brand films: 3–5 business days. Construction: 24–48 hours after each visit.
